The marketplace is where players find games. Knowing how it’s organized helps your game get found.

The marketplace home

The front page mixes curated and algorithmic rails:
  • Featured & Recommended — the hero spotlight.
  • Editor’s Choice — hand-picked by the Tesana team.
  • Top Games This Week — trending by recent play activity.
  • Browse by category — genre tiles into category pages.
  • Personalized rails (signed in) — Continue playing, From creators you follow, and For you recommendations.
  • New & Trending — freshness-weighted discovery for recent releases.

Charts

The charts page ranks the top 50 games across several boards, with rank-change tracking: Full-text search with filters: category, tags (multiple), pricing (free/paid), and sort options (recommended, popular, recent, most played, most favorited).

Getting your game discovered

  • Categorize and tag accurately — search filters and category rails are the main discovery paths; a mistagged game is invisible.
  • Polish the store page — click-through from rails depends almost entirely on the poster and tagline. See Storefront.
  • Early plays matter — trending and rising boards are momentum-based, so launch to your community (Discord, socials) right after publishing.
  • Favorites & follows compound — players who favorite your game or follow you see your next release in their personalized rails. See Community.
